Wedler was retained to provide civil engineering services including tender and contract administration for this 6-lot industrial subdivision and to assist with permitting requirements with the Village of Cumberland, Comox Valley Regional District and Island Health.
Subdivision work included design and construction of about 400 m of watermain and subdivision road including bio-swales and storm sewer. As part of the offsite works, Wedler also designed over 3 kilometres of watermain from the Village’s existing infrastructure to the new subdivision.
