We have provided condition assessment services to municipalities, Federal Government agencies, numerous First Nation Authorities, Owners, strata corporations, and private developers. These services have included:
- Thorough, accurate, and timely onsite physical condition assessments for civil infrastructure
- Inventorying and evaluating the condition of existing infrastructure
- Evaluating the capacity of existing works based on needs, including system modeling as needed
- Engaging, coordinating and managing specialist subconsultants to assess elements from other disciplines (i.e., electrical, controls, structural, etc.)
- Staging analysis and phasing recommendations for necessary improvements
- Recommended improvements and implementation planning
- Cost estimation for engineering and construction
- Reporting to summarize findings supported by technical rationale
