We had the opportunity to work directly with Van Maren Group to achieve the final road and unit layout for the new Osoyoos Lake Cottages residential sub-division, in conjunction with site grading and balance of site cut and fills. The project also included coordination with specialized sub consultants (geotechnical, environmental, hydrogeological, treatment) to achieve the overall servicing strategy.

We also provided detailed design for the storm water management plan, sanitary and water distribution system, roads and site grading including INAC approvals.
